This really does stink of massive favouritism by the RFL towards the Bradford club. Some may call it corruption. They bailed out Bradford by buying the lease of the ground for £1,000,000 & now have "sold" it back to Bradford at a fraction of the cost! That money would have been far better spent by dividing it amongst all the Championship & League 1 clubs evenly.
The pitch is still not of legal dimensions as it has not for years but again the RFL continue to turn a blind eye. So now presumably Bradford will get income from stock car racing or whatever while the rugby playing area remains below the legal dimensions.
It would seem the RFL are doing all they can to unfairly get yet another Yorkshire side into SL with favours that other clubs do not get.
Surely all the rest of the lower league clubs should get together to contest both these issues directly with the RFL in the strongest way possible making it clear all clubs are together on this so no individual club can be victimised by the RFL for questioning their decision.
