As the betting giant prepares to say farewell, who's gonna replace 'em?
I've no doubt there are irons in the fire already, but if (hopefully when) someone moves in, what currently awaits 'em?
Fourteen teams in tier one, or fifteen? One division below SL, or two? Will the Challenge Cup be included in the package?
Am I alone in thinking that it'll be extremely difficult to sell RL at present coz of the unknowns?
I'm the eternal optimist, coz being a Lion it's built into your DNA, but even I have reservations about what awaits us in 2027, and beyond!

No idea but I thought it was a cop out from Betfred. Like when you split up with someone and you say "it's not you, it's me". They make more than enough profit to continue sponsoring RL, they obviously just don't want to anymore.
