Up to them really. A crap watch but there you go.

Not sure I'd have been chuffed if I'd driven from Wigan to Hull to watch it. But, to be fair, the squad was announced well in advance.

I thought there were rules against doing this, fines and point deductions.

Do they not apply if you’re Wigan?

And it wasn’t like they rested 5/6 players, it was the whole team, and when they interviewed Peet before the match, he said he wasn’t bothered what other people thought, it was up to him to decide what team to put out.

I wouldn't have been happy if I was Sky really. HKR v Wigan is possibly the biggest game in SL right now and that one wasn't worth a toss.

After the results so far this weekend, you'd be forgiven for saying what a terrible product Super League is currently.

Not for the first time, there is another disappointing round of scorelines, with three games turning out to be dreadful one sided affairs.

Supporters look forward to games, but far too often they end up disappointed and let down because one side just doesn't seem to be bothered.

And as for the decision to allow Wigan to get away with playing a weakened side without sanction - words fail me!!

So what if their team was announced in advance?  What has that got to do with anything?

Surely, that is short changing the paying public and bringing the game into disrepute.

Weren't Salford punished severely last season for doing the very same thing when they probably really needed help and understanding from the Authorities?

Whats the difference?

Words fail me to describe how badly run this sport is, and that has to be one of the main reasons why it never gets anywhere amongst the conscience or interest of the wider sporting community.

Lets hope the potential NRL takeover will sort things out once and for all.

You’re not allowed to punish Wigan, they’re to big a club, They obviously knew nothing would happen, when Peet was interviewed before the match, he said it was no one else’s business what team he put out, he’d do what was best for Wigan .
