I've said this before, but he really is a quality footballer!

Had his troubles in the past temperament wise, at his previous clubs, but Brad Arthur has worked wonders with him, and it's showing in spades on the park!

He was ignored for the Ashes, but he must be a cert for the World Cup!

He kicked a pretty impressive 40/20 this afternoon, from 15 yards from Leeds try line to 10 yards from the Bradford line.

I’ve not seen one that long before.

Connor is a top player, has been for a long time. It's was only the Silverback's personal grudge that kept him out of the Ashes.

I'm always surprised how few 40/20s there are in RL, massive reward for not a massive skill requirement. Players should practice more.

Unless he can play with Harry Smith then he will struggle for a game, It would be worth a look to see if they could play together.

Another superb show tonight from Connor, to take the Rhinos back to the summit. But they (again) showed quality right across the park.

Home fans heading for the exits with quarter of an hour still to go!

Can anyone out there see past it being Pies v Leeds at OT? I certainly can't! Our tickets long since booked!

Spelly.

Been the best player in SL for the past couple of years.

He seems to have tempered his game. He still likes to wind the crowd up but he was easily wound up by opposing players which took his mind off the game and that doesn't seem to happen as much these days, it would be a liability against the Aussies if it is still there. Mikey Lewis also can be easily wound up, it may help make him the player he can be but he is no good no matter how skilled he is if he is sat in the stands. Would still take either of them down at the DCBL. 😀

@vikingsinbradford

I've said it before, but Brad Arthur's man management skills, have helped Connor hugely.

Prior to pulling on a Rhinos' shirt, his temperament wasn't the best by a long way, but at Leeds his football has done the talking, and the talent that was always there, has now blossomed to produce what's looking like back-to-back Man-of-Steel awards.

I wish he played for us!

Spelly.
