Will Dagger is out for them due to the concussion protocol. They have also lost their 2 loanees from Hull. However not many missing from their 1 to 17 jerseys & they have a bigger squad than us at around 29. Hopefully we can return to winning ways.

Must win, given our previous two games and the two games after York.

I think it depends on who is really fit in our squad- realise you have to name 21, but we all knew field was not fit last week and now omitted, but question is - Fleming, langtree are they fit ?
I hope so because langtree for me would be a definite starter

so missing out - Roby for sure, Fleming, langtree , brookes

Ht 14-0 terrible game!! No ball in their twenty and far too many mistakes. Coleman needs to get a grip of this team, bottom four team absolutely lacing us

Fantastic result - that’s 4 out of our 5 hardest away games sorted

well done to Dixon, I had to listen to radio York and they were really dissing him in the first half, and he came back on and scored 2 tries - well done Kieran

Some very interesting subs throughout that second half but credit to Coleman and the lads for coming back to get the win…

HOWEVER… this cannot keep happening and it won’t keep happening. In previous seasons we would have had plenty more L’s on the record from losing some of these games but eventually I feel like something will crack playing this comeback rugby.

I’ll take the 2 points every day of the week but it’s not going to do any of our tickers any good having this week in week out

Scouse - loving it - enjoying the games at last, we are a threadbare team but great team spirit - prefer this to the last 4+ years

Second in the league, wakey up next - be there for that and will really enjoy that game regardless of result

onwards and upwards

Was following the score on BBC Website and it wasn't looking good, judging by the posts on here we had a poor first half, I was fearful that we may fall into a run of defeats as we have in the last few years and struggle to get out of it! But this squad of players is clearly made of sterner stuff. Clearly our coach knows what buttons to press at half time! Would be interested to know how our new loanee from Saints played. About time we brought someone in from Saints.

Agree a saints link up would be good , they could give us back some of the many Widnes born lads they've got...

First half was awful, mistake after mistake. Second half much better, faster play the ball and better defence line speed. Good to see Roby get a game, Lloyd and Wilde were really good today. We would have lost that game in years gone by, but even though that is the worst I have seen us play this season, we still won.

Hingano going off really disrupted York, but we looked fitter towards the end than they did. As others have said here though, we have to stop helping the opposition with daft passes, offloads, etc.

That was never a conversion, though, was it?
