We don't have the luxury to make 5/6 changes. We have 5 players out injured so the only one that didn't make the 21 last week was Adam Jones. I took Alan Coleman's comments to mean giving players that didn't make the 17 but were named in the 21 against Rochdale a chance.  That would be Lyons at stand off and then Roberts and Bent on the bench. I can't see Brown getting in ahead of Owens at full back in what will be no easy game.

North Wales have Ollie Brookes, Lloyd Roby and Sam Wilde from our squad last season plus other recent Vikings Olly Davies, Jake Spedding and Patrick Ah Van. They will be up for the game and are at home. We should win, but i think they will give us a good game. It would be nice to progress to the last 16 and get a big name side and a bit of publicity/prize money/share of gate receipts.

I would think Bradford (small pitch) Bulls, and Toulouse will be calling the shots in the middle tier next term, with Fev and York not far behind 'em, so.......

Top four might be a bit of a push for you.

As for next week in Colwyn Bay, I reckon there'll be about a dozen ex-Lions on the park. Plus of course, Coleman and Wood calling the shots off it!

Spelly.
