I have just bought my first ticket online. Excellent move this by the club. Just a tip to others, when you have chosen your seat & paid for it by card you do not get an email despite it saying so and the e ticket does not automatically appear. You have to stay logged in & go in to view your transactions / orders and click on the image to bring it on screen to print it off.
I got an email from SportsBuzz with the full order details ie an invoice and the etickets attached in downloadable pdf format which are printable with the scannable code on.

Did you get an email after the initial registration...………………………………….. You have successfully registered at ShopVikings etc etc ………..quotes user name and password which is unusual but...………
Maybe the email address had an error
I find with these things......Jockey club,M and S arena etc that an email is handy as you can get the code up on your phone if it does not work on printed version which did happen at a race meeting once

You can at the venues I have used...see above post....in fact I do take both as technology can let you down
