A lot of words in that statement for a short message
Restructuring is an other word for “we have no money”👍👍

As delivered to the room last Monday. We don'y owe a penny, the players are paid on time every month.
We are not propped up like our friends in Dallam by a couple of benefactors. Have a look in the Warrington Guardian to see what they are losing every 'Their' year.

Not necessarily - it also is used to change "who does what" and responsibilities plus allocating new job titles.
@martin Not true, it is a way to get rid of someone that you do not want in your business legally and without risk of future tribunal.
Glad to see the back of Hamilton but that statement is clearly just a load of happy-clappy positive words (aka bullshit) probably assembled by a so-called generative AI to ensure arses are covered re any possible claim of constructive dismissal. Anyway, onward and hopefully upward!
Can’t say I’m sorry to see him go. The brain explosions at supporters aside… if you’re brought in to increase our reasonable first indicative IMG score… but we instead go backwards (and there’s some questionable interpretations of those lost points if you ask me) it’s clearly time to part ways as you haven’t upheld your part of the bargain or can justify a possible hefty salary. Ta ra kid. Onwards.

I was there last week.👍
Our Chair said we have lost £22,000 from the IMG scores, I would imagine that’s part of his salary.👍👍
Well as I saw it his remit was to enhance the IMG score - failed disastrously !
Hamilton did not deliver the job he was paid to do. He did awful at Oldham too and good news he has gone.

The Chair did @martin it doesn't mean we have no money, as 'We don't owe a penny, taxman and players are on time', it just implies we have £22k less to spend.

And if Coleman’s budget hasn’t been hit by that 22k loss then clearly we must have a little bit of money 🙄
Great news, but way too long in coming.
He was an awful appointment that the board got wrong and wouldn't admit so.
The warnings were there before the appointment, they were ringing loud and clear after the early season Swinton debacle and the numerous employees who left or hated working under him.
He was extremely arrogant, stuck in the dark ages and inept at doing his job. He rubbed so many people up the wrong way and the club has continued to decline under his leadership, despite the improved performances last year.
He has ultimately been found out for not doing his job properly and us underperforming with the IMG submission which is costing us £20k-£30k in lost funding and the board to their credit have finally made the decision to make a change. But they should have listened to people within the club earlier.
The next appointment is crucial. We need someone to drive the business forward who must be forward looking, inivatative, commercially focused with great personal skills to be able to communicate to fans, staff and corporate customers whose spec must be to drive growth in commercial revenue, attendances, fan communication, as well as improving our IMG score and ensuring we continue to improve our squad. Not an easy task at all under tight budgets.
As a side note do we still have anyone else in the office? Where's our commercial manager?

It was said last Monday, if you remember, that Stu Murphy is in virtually everyday. So it looks like the Chairman will be dealing with everything until an appointment is made.
Good luck to him.
