Yet again herded and compacted together like cattle with people forced to sit in the sun on a red hot day. I remember it happening once before whilst in SL. Both club and council need fudging over this.
Yeah it happened against Hull KR I think and it was an absolute joke.
Then again, HBC aren't exactly brilliant about the Matchday Experience as demonstrated by lack of food etc over the course of the season.
To be fair to them they didn't have much option other than to do what they did yesterday, due to a late change in circumstances.
I was in the North stand yesterday and was completely oblivious to this.
Just walked in and sat were I always sit.
I’ve spoke to 3 different people who sat in the North stand and they had no problems about where they sat , and one of them came in at five to three.
If you usually sit in the middle, it was fine, if you usually sit towards the ends you couldn't and were put in the middle.

What was the late change of circumstances?

Stewarding issues
No they didn’t have a drink before or during the game.
Perhaps you are easily upset Mick, nobody else seems to be as upset about this as you! One of my friends got in at 2-57 and managed to sit at the back near the halfway line and another was sat in the the sun then got a bit hot, so moved into the shade, without any problems or stewards making him go back.
Looking across from the south stand there was ample seating available, only a small section of the east end of north stand was blocked off. If people don’t wish to risk sitting in the sun come over to the south side, most of the season you’ll need thermals on😂

Having a drink before, during or after the game is not against the law. All over 18 year olds are allowed to drink alcohol, under UK law. Also arriving at the stadium has no time limit on it. We are not under Covid-19 rules, anymore.

- I didn’t say that Paulie, I was just replying to Mick, who asked if the people I spoke to in the North stand were drunk.
