@prisoner both fulfil the kicking and organising role and are suited to playing off a running stand off. Both lack pace and dont really have a running game, both are fairly light weight for rugby players.
The problem with signing Patton was we had 2 kicker/organisers. We need players to fit a role, not the other way round. Ive said it before, we need to find a Championship version of George Williams, Beven French or Brodie Croft. Not as good obviously but that style. Dennis Moran was a good example.
