Surprised no levy - was he really fit then ?

Iirc the word was that he had finished his rehab but had about 5 weeks to get fit.
As more qualified people than me have already said - if not fit why name in the 21 ?
@ditton-donkey probably so he can go with the squad on match day and build a relationship with the players

Does he not go to training then - where other players are building relationships

Maybe selling a dummy to the opposition coach?
Perhaps he was fit for a run if required last week but has had a bit of a setback in training this week ?
Whatever the circumstances we are going along nicely at the moment so there is no point in taking any unnecessary risks.
He trained with the squad in the pre-match v Haliax. Given Baker is banned for Barrow, maybe making sure he might be available for that?
Just thinking about the prospect of Inu playing against us, he was a winger at Salford, for his goalkicking. A bit like Leigh signing PAV.
Wonder how his turn and chase speed is these days, if Joey uses his short kicking game as he did at Dewsbury.
Inu will still be a lump to handle of course but Tyrer will know that!
Who will get the wing berth against Brand?
Inu isn’t in the Leigh squad for the game.
I’d assume Brookes will get the other wing spot. Other option is to bring the experience of spedding in on the wing and keep Fleming at centre
I'd give Spedding a game, hasn't played for a good long while.
Looking on to the Leigh fans forum, they seem pretty confident of beating us. It would be great to beat Leigh for that alone.
Levy will be fit, but obviously not match fit as he's been out for so long. Bent has replaced him in the squad as he's returned from injury and was in the first 17 before his injury. With Grady also recently returning we have a good number of forwards available.
We were +18 yesterday so bookies giving us no chance haha
That's a bit higher than I would have expected though Leigh are obviously favourites to win given the cost of their squad and home advantage. We have looked to have good fitness and finished games strongly this year, be interesting to see if that trend can continue against a full-time team.
