The team for tomorrows game has just been posted on the official Widnes Instagram. Gives the Halifax coach plenty of time to plan accordingly. Owens, Craven back.
The squad or team ? Never heard of the actual starting line up being given the day before. The team for tomorrows game has just been posted on the official Widnes Instagram. Gives the Halifax coach plenty of time to plan accordingly. Owens, Craven back.
not a big fan of Lawton, and not too bothered if he goes.Letting Lawton go will be awful for us. Are only big forward we have who’s still got a good few years ahead of him. Instead we’re apparently signing barrow players 😂😂
I think he will do well as Oldham in the lower reaches of rugby league
ok can you possibly share that with us people who are incapable of accessing that
many thanks

disagree primrose he has potential which has been untapped by playing out of position
Lawton will be looked back upon as a waste of potential....He has the natural skills and size to have been a world beater but seems too lazy to put in the effort required.not a big fan of Lawton, and not too bothered if he goes.Letting Lawton go will be awful for us. I agree that he is more suited to being a wide running second row than a prop but with his size he should be able to play prop if required. Playing out of position when needed is part of the job. ..I don't recall Paul Hulme complaing he was a half back or loose forward when he was picked at hooker for GB....Sinfield as well.
If he wants to drop down a division it says more about his ambition than our retention policy......he could have been a regular at Superleague level
Yes you are right there he could have played better at a higher level, but is only 30, probably 3 good years in him yet if he wants to
interchageability - jury out on that one cannot see Jim mills playing anywhere else than prop - hulme had a build that made him very versatile position wise
