None of us know for sure what is going on at the club, I suspect, but we seem to be happy to shrink the size of the squad and also the coaching staff for the immediate. The lack of recruitment of a half back and prop, and the players who have departed recently, leaves a huge question about what is going on down there. Maybe an interim measure with IMG proposals coming, and maybe a resignation that we as a club, are nothing more than making up the numbers - decision time for the board on what they want to be and what they want this club to be..........
Grady gone now, too. Seems odd unless it was his decision.
Now got a PE teacher in change for the Toulouse game (no disrespect to him)
A bit harsh, but this is what many asked for…

I don't think Doug Laughton in his pomp would get a tune out of this shower of work shy frauds at the moment. Disgrace, every single one of them.
Based on recent performances and results he had to go. Bit surprised Mike Grady has gone as well, I just hope we get the next appointment right because whoever comes in is being tasked with avoiding relegation.
Would be interesting to know if KEAR wanted Grady in when he was appointed after O'Brien's departure to the Wire, or if it was a patched together coaching set up - certainly looked like that on the field......how much further down can we go, we ask? The club needs to turn around the momentum of the whole set up and QUICK!
Kear appointed Grady after an interview process, but he knew him already via Wales and North Wales Crusaders links. Grady was 100% JK's decision so assume this is why he has gone. Belshaw was already there, surprised he is in charge of the first team but I suspect Beswick/Gilmore and Walker will have a massive influence this week in terms of preparation.
@richard-richard No thanks. Wouldn’t be surprised though, given his links with Hamilton.
Think that would be a poor appointment. Fairly likely to happen though.

Interesting you mention RO'B. It's also worth noting that slowly but surely a lot of our good work early season has dwindled week by week. O'Brien's departure wasn't good for this club off the back of a full pre-season - it can't be a coincidence.
Stuart Littler.
Remember that name....
I was afraid of this as well.
Please god no! Grub of a player and hardly a glorious coaching career to date!!!
Littler is currently at Oldham, Duffy is at Wigan Academy....
As for JK, not the sole root of the problem by any means, but the run we are on and the performances since and including Dewsbury have been very poor.
I've been watching us since about 1975 and this has to be the worst month of results on record, four defeats in four very winnable games, Kear had to go.
It's good to see though that the players are taking it serious, by having a team meeting in the Albion beer garden.
