Just wondered if it’s worth taking a punt with joe mellor as a half back loaner, experienced in this league and can’t dislodge Lachlan lamb or Ben Reynolds from the team and not heard if he is injured

as far as I'm aware leigh said he was out for the first two months of the season.

Mellor has been named in every Leigh 21 man squad since 1st March, he played against Saints on the 10th of March so he's not injured, but isn't making the match day 17 other than the Saints game.  At his age he will want to be playing and Leigh will want him match fit as well.

Among the Leigh scorers against Wakefield is a "Mellor", presumably Joe?
