The Widnes site says Owens picked up a calf injury in the game against Dewsbury. Others apparently still out injured for the Batley game are Dwyer, Jewitt. O'Neill, Spedding, Cook and Tomkins, the latter being the only long term injury.

Do you think players don’t play with injuries week in week out? FYI original post – ‘forced to play’?! If he put his hand up whilst not 100% fit, most players worth their salt will do this – this would be Jack’s decision. No one is ‘forced to play’.
agree – sad if he out for a while, but he will be there backing the team on match days, unlike some on this board
Will he? I’d be surprised if he is considering there’s a lockdown still on?!?
