Let's get something out their right now....seems to be a load of hysteria around certain players leaving....and most of that is based around the Oldham bound ones ...well I'm for one holding the door open n letting it hit them on the way out ...such great players that we've been a pile of pish most of the season ...bang bang bang average players ....unless it's edge foz or Dixon I couldn't give a single jot....some just jumping ship for two yr deals in league one which in reality isn't to secure their future coz PT RL is a top up...these boys have a day job RL is just a bonus ....let em walk Danny's always injured ...Adams a massive lump with huge potential but has a heart of a pee...browns just crap ..farnesy I don't wanna bash but hadn't been the same for a while now .n Olly you could find 50 of similar ability... actually astounds me people care when all have been utter pants for the most part ...let them enjoy league one...the fact there happy to run it in the 3rd tier says everything about them.. ...
The rsult today just shows that the top six is beyond this squad - as we have really known all season. Two of the last 3 results have also been of concern, too, which despite a few good results, is further evidence that a wholesale clear out is necessary. The forwards have yet again been battered most of the season, with some sporadic periods of optimism, but the backs have had no chance for most of it, I am afraid. There are a number of threads on this forum suggesting the coming and goings which are considered necessary on the field, but in essence we need to start signing players in the spine positions who are going to allow the forwards to get on top of 90 percent of the clubs in this division insted of 50 percent of them. We should then win 80-90 percent of the fixtures insted of circ 50 percent....simples! Erik #COYV
Cant imagine anyone describing as hysteria!!!. My concerns, and most fans I speak to, centres around their replacements.
Facts are like fairies in the wind.
