First twenty minutes awful. Second twenty we’ve been the better side but managed to concede a try from their only real attack. The players we had out there are capable of better than this. There’s a lot of work needed even if we do manage to scrape a win.

Hope we get a bollocking at half time and play a lot better, and hopefully they’ve given everything in the first half and tire. We need to score early in the second half and get ahead, to take the wind out of their sails.

Deon made an unusual mistake there, we know he’s better and will redeem himself. Is Roby his centre? Whoever it is, he needs to stop coming out of the line in defence! Overall, we need to calm down! Complete sets, don’t kick early, control the offloads in early tackles and look to control possession. Gaps will come if we pass the ball.
I think they are stressed. Trying to score or save a try on every play. Just chill out. Relax on the ball. Finish sets of six!
The referee has let them lay on at every tackle to stop the quick play the ball. He has also leaned to Dewsbury IMO generally but we are not playing well. Playing as individuals. We look very poor on attack near their line, no plays at all. Lawton has lost the ball a few times thus breaking up our momentum as have others. Craven seems off form, Badly missing a good hooker at play the ball. No dummy runners at all. Our attack has no flair. We need to score first second half. Jewitt & Clough have made no impression at all. It is a good job Douro is playing. Clough has been good previously but poor today, possibly due to long minutes in previous games. Let's hope for a better second half.
When we were beat by Salford, we played good rugby. We need to do that now!
