Glad that JO has been rewarded with a new deal, he has deservedly earned it after his performances this season, where he is getting back to his best after some bad luck with injuries in recent times.
I know a lot on here were shouting to get rid, early on in the season, but these 'experts' seemed to have piped down recently.

Without an Academy, to bring through our own local lads, we need to sign & retain Widnes lads at the Club. When the likes of Jack, Gilly, Ryan Ince, Lyons, Foz finish, then for me the Club doesn't represent the Town. There will be no point anymore.
