It’s getting a joke, the number of good loan/dual reg players we are signing , and end up playing one or no games for us, before going back to their original club.

Barrows loanees are ok, they will have Ritson and Bullock playing against us tomorrow .

We were told we had a good relationship with Warrington this season, and they had offered to lend us plenty of players, but we either don’t want them or they stay for a week.

Yeah it is a big joke. The Super league club just do what is best for them. Dog eat dog

Lack lustre game, we are slower than Barrow in all positions and our tackles in defence need a lot of improvement.

Losing 18-6 at half time in front of a poor attendance

Well listening on radio - sometimes Cumbria as Merseyside went down ( batteries ran out )

Reilly is having a mare - is he leaving for pastures new ?
no real attacking threat

very very poor

20 minutes to turn it round with 4 scores needed

Well it gets even worse - we seem to have lost the winning mentality

we will be lucky to make the playoffs - need a reset with a ball playing halfback

I didn’t think it could get any worse than last week but obviously Widnes always find new ways to surprise you and be even shitter than you could think possible. Very worrying signs we can all see it, why can’t the coaches or board? Only team to have not strengthened the playing group from a previous year and expect better results? Absolutely embarrassing. Looking forward to Allan’s post match interview cos this team doesn’t lose back to back LOL

Start of the year we won games because of our defensive stability.

where the fudge has that gone 😳 not sure this is the reaction AC was looking for but this is not acceptable under any situation

Listening on the radio and well it seems like we have lost our ability to work as a team, I don’t want to single out anyone in particular because it’s a team sport, defense was soft and no attacking threat. We need a couple of players in to restore some competition for places

@berkeleyviking we have no chance of making the play offs playing the way we are, very poor all round compared to Barrow today.

Poor selections from Coleman and Max Roberts should be playing centre with Edge. Fleming was only player that stood out for us today. Foz I love but he needs an interchange hooker and Lyons should have been on the bench. Why wait so long for Bailey to come on the pitch who has some size. The loan players Bullock barged through our pack making yards, and ritson out paced us. Paton poor kicking and the pack very poor overall. Jack Owens needs to be dropped no sentiment in sport he is not good enough any more.

Off season recruitment simply wasn’t good enough. Only two of the recruits played today- Patton and Bennion, both of which started last season at Swinton. Neither are good enough for a side that wants to be competing towards the top of the league.

The lack of skill & speed in the team is staggering. Can’t keep relying on ‘working hard’, got to have more about us than that.

Only a short time before Fridays game for Alan to restore some confidence and pride in the team.

Oldham won against Featherstone today, so they will be probably be expecting an easy victory - I hope we can surprise them!
