    Someone has come up with the theory that the origin of singing this song at Rugby Union games could actually have originated with our own Martin Off.

    I just CANNOT abide that bloody song. That and those goddam ‘Respect the Kicker’ signs – aaagh😠😠😠

    That song was sung by union fans and players well before then

    I remember singing it in the changing rooms after playing at school alongside the hand gestures that go with it in 1979


    It was Widnes fans who nicknamed him chariots as we mispronounced his surname
