I suppose this goes some way to explain what happened to us. SOC couldn't step in to assist, as his other businesses must have been struggling at the same time we almost went under. I couldn't make sense of it at the time.
I'm not sure he had the inclination to anyway, in my view.
I felt like Rule was installed to run the club and as time went on SOC became less and less involved or interested.
All water under the bridge now.
