Now the play-off structure has been discussed, is it still the case that the Grand Final is to be at the home of the highest ranked side?
Surely a reversion back to Finals Day should be considered, make it a real occasion. I went in 2006 (bad result!) at Warrington and it was well attended with a 13,000+ crowd. The following year (even worse result!) there was nearly 21,000 at Headingley.
Are the RFL concerned that it would be a Finals Day with, for example, London v Toulouse, meaning that there would be a very small attendance?
