We threw that game away last, no ifs no buts. We were well on top and in control. A bit of composure and a little bit of quality and we would have taken the points.
As long as we play like we I'd on the first half there should be no problems taking care of Barrow next week.
I see the old part time v full time chestnut is being peddled around.Ignoring the fact that Toulouse have lost seven times this season.
The turning point for me was when the tackling machine, Benty had to go off with a head injury. Not that the others lacked the will to tackle, but LB's defence is awesome. Another big effort from Sam Brooks, really took it to TO, especially the double hand-off, was a joy to see. On the whole it was a tad harsh on us to get nothing from the game (even a draw) but in reality, we beat ourselves.
See ya'll at Barrow.

Our coach and the referee "exchanged words" at the final whistle - does anyone understand what happened?
A lot of the crowd where we were sat said there were Toulouse players in our defensive line, or in front of it who obstructed our players, in the play that they scored their winning try from. Didn't see it myself and don't know if that was what the exchanged words were about.
