The club will release info if they want to around injuries, just because someones sent you a picture from inside the gym doesn't mean you have to post it on here. Phones aren't allowed in the gym so also potentially getting someone in trouble as well.

I think Sheens said last season that Tomkins has a plate in his foot and will need managing with our pitch.
Surely we can’t go into the season with no fit hooker.
Presumably something like:
Owens, Buckley/Edge, Tyrer, Spedding, Cross, Craven, Smith, Cook, Lyons, Clough, Lawton, Grady, Baker.
Then a bench of: Farnworth, Else, Dwyer, O'Neil/Tilleke.
Missing from the Top 17 in the squad numbers: Jewitt, Tomkins, Hatton.
Starting 13 should be far too strong for them.

Over the years we’ve fielded quite a few internationals from the valleys, including Denis Brown, Big Jim, John Devereux, Jonathan Davies, Tony Farrell, Gil Dodson and a few more that I can’t remember now!

I agree but Jewitt isn't in the squad.
I personally don't like Lyons at Full Back and I certainly don't like a Full Back being switched mid game like last year.
I reckon hooker will be Dwyer or Else.
Logan has been talking game management with Else, Dwyer was high in Sheens estimation because he could 'read the game'( even said he could play centre!). It could be rough in the pack, it usually is when you are down on class.
Thinking it through, Dwyer would probably best up first
