I will go 32-18 can see us letting in a a couple of tries when crusaders spread the ball against us to score out wide it looked a little to easy to me, I think we will naturally be a bit rusty but our backs and half’s quality will be too much for them really looking forward to hopefully seeing a much more attacking style!

Hopefully get a good competitive look at the squad. Pleasantly excited by the core of the time, looking forward to watching Deon Cross

Very worried about the depth.

Agree about depth, but this should apply to all teams ?
Unless our salary cap is less than the rest, which has been suggested
And how many teams in championship are running reserves and academy ?

Talking of squad depth, Oldham only have a 22 man first team squad. 2 of their props Jode Sherrife and ex Widnes/Wigan player Ben Davies are ruled out of the weekends game through injury.

We have a 24 man squad, 25 really as Dugdale has shirt number 28 and for me is good enough to play some games for the first team.

Anyone knows whats wrong with Leuluai?

I expect Dugdale, O'Neil, Hulme and Edge to miss out from the 21 named. Lyons to be our hooker/back sub along with Farnworth, Cooper and Dwyer for me unless Grady isn't ready yet.

I’d leave out Lyons, Dwyer, Edge & Hulme

Macgraff has a hip injury.

Sounds like a big following going, the shop at the stadium is opening tomorrow to ease demand at the market.

Two injuries are already stretching us for middle unit forwards. Be either a chance for young O’Neill or just one prop on the bench. I’d give him a go.

So would I MT. We are going to win fairly easily on Sunday and it’d be a good chance to see how young O’Neil shapes up against the bigger, but older, Oldham forwards

Why can't they just announce the squad in squad number format 🙁

Looking forward to the game though.

I’d expect Grady to feature (perhaps from the bench) without doing a lot of minutes.
