It's a recurring theme year in year out with Widnes, we load the team with back rowers whilst we have a real shortage of props. Never heard of the lad but good luck to him.

After the Halifax game I posted I thought we would only win 3 or 4 more games with the squad we had then. Some thought I was being dramatic & harsh but the club have since continued to get additional players in which should mean we will now at least compete for the top 6 playoffs.
The directors have acted & deserve praise for their efforts along with the coaching staff.
