........ to this very day, Rugby League was born!

It has its warts, nobody's gonna deny that, it kicks us in the wotsits at times, it frustrates us, it annoys us, but it remains...............

The Greatest Game on the Planet!

Happy Birthday Rugby League!

Love your passion for the sport Spelly! Do you watch as many games as you can? RL seems to be losing the die hard supporters who are completely enthralled in all things RL!

As I said when starting this thread, RL has its warts, and I don't pretend for a moment that it hasn't.

I've enjoyed the highest of highest of highs, and suffered the lowest of lows as well, but....................

I never lose my passion for the game, and never will!

Even though the Lions' season is over, mine isn't personally, and I'll defo be somewhere this weekend, but not decided where yet.

GF tickets booked long since, as were those for Wembley, Everton, and Headngley.

It's been my life for over sixty years.

I (personally) found summat new in RL last weekend, when I attended my first wheelchair game. It was our opening fixture in that particular genre. It's fierce, fast, and non-stop, and if you've never tried it, I suggest you give it a view, coz I'll be going again!

Soccer does precious little for me, and my second (on the box) sports are darts, and snooker.

1) I'm no diff to most fans mate! When it gets in your blood it's there for life, and I could never walk away. I'm proud to say that Mackenzie, my grandson, who I first took with me in 2006, when he was just six, has the same passion / love, for both the Lions, and the game in general as does his grandad!

2) Is summat due tomorrow?
