Most reasonably priced tickets
The most reasonably priced match day adults ticket goes to London Broncos. The Cherry Record Stadium offers supporters a clean seat in a modern, newly developed Football Stadium based in London.
Food and Drink is available close to your seat, whilst the team currently sit top of the Championship table, exposing supporters to PNG internationals such as Morea Morea, who has scored a staggering 29 tries in 17 appearances this season.
Spectators experience exceptional value for money watching the on field product, whilst enjoying facilities as good as any in the second division, all for £18.00.
London have incredibly wealthy owners, which of course enables them to keep the cost of matchday tickets to a minimum. With said, Barrow Raiders should also be applauded for their £18.00 ticket, that rises to £20.00 on a match day.
The Raiders provide an incentive for supporters to purchase tickets early, whilst offering a friendly family feel to matchdays. Away supporters have the option to stand under shelter and in the open, with bars spread across the ground.
Facilities are by no means the best at Barrow, however it is all hands to the pump to raise as much profit as possible to support the first team.
The Raiders currently sit fourth in the Championship, only suffering one home defeat so far this season against Oldham RLFC. With players like Tee Ritson and Luke Cresswell in their ranks, Barrow can entertain spectators.
Priced at £18.00 this is solid value for money.
Eye watering prices visiting Widnes
It is important to highlight that the DCBL stadium is council run, which attaches additional match day costs.
Despite this factor it is top of the pile by some distance, currently sitting £4.00 more expensive than the most common adult matchday price in the Championship for an away supporter.
Away supporters are placed in block B of the south stand, which is at one end of the stadium, in comparison London and Barrow provide general admission to stands allocated to away supporters.
The latter, Barrow offer general admission to 3 separate stands. Both clubs also currently occupy a higher position in the Championship table.
The view isn’t the greatest, neither is the atmosphere due to away supporters being allocated the furthest point away from the Vikings most vocal section of supporter.
The stadium does provide positives, offering cover and seating on all sides of the ground, with free access to a players lounge better than most in the Championship.
That said it should not be priced £2.00 more expensive than next in line Doncaster RLFC and £4.00 above the Championships average price.
