All of the Widnes contingent across Super League have done really well this week. Amateur clubs in Widnes are doing a grand job.

I’m just gutted we can’t get to see them in Widnes shirts.]]></content:encoded>

Think this post inadvertently says it all 25 years and look at the names and there are probably not many others to mention Then try picking one from the previous 25 years …</blockquote>

25 years but only 11 of them in the top flight.

Might not be the greatest list in the world, but still better than a number of clubs who've had far more central funding in that time.]]></content:encoded>
