@farnworth-viking I did, and those that we didn't have time to ask last night, were answered this afternoon, in a meet up at the Club Office with Stu Murphy.

There is quite a bit to type up, so it may take until Monday to put on here, as I'm in Yorkshire tomorrow and N.Wales on Sunday.

This is the third time in a row where the match hasn't been posted when it was supposed to. Does anybody know who usually uploads the matchesand if they are having problems?

If they aren't able to put them on an hour after the game has ended then they should at least keep us informed

The question was asked of the Chairman why has this occurred? He was unaware it had, as he'd been on holiday. He said that the games are uploaded to YouTube in real time, then put behind the paywall for subscribers an hour after the Hooter. He will be investigating as to why this hasn't been done, tomorrow.

Have to feel for York if that's the case.

performed well in the championship, crowds seem to be holding up okay, and recorded another win tonight against Hull which surely keeps them off the bottom of the table come the end of the year.

from a purely selfish point of view I enjoy a trip to York, but they must be feeling a bit hard done to.

nigel's mate is running the show at Huddersfield now isn't he?

I am not sure that attendance/ground capacity ratio is included in the criteria this year. Don't worry, if by chance Huddersfield can get a higher score, the criteria will be changed to accommodate London.

Rumours that it will be York rather than Huddersfield losing their SL status if London out score them on IMG points.Huddersfield have just improved their rating by the instalation of a new perimeter with LED lights,at a ground they won't be even be playing in next year.I kid you not. Absolute farce.

There is also greater emphasis on performance and financial sustainability. If I wasn't such a trusting person, I would be suspicious that these changes were made to guarantee London promotion.

I would be interested to know where the Club believes it is currently on the IMG table. For 2026, we were 19th with 9.39 points, behind Salford, London, Featherstone and Barrow. You never know, an investment in fancy (but empty) advertising boards, a big screen and parking spaces for non-existent journalists, may just tip the balance in our favour - and pigs will be seen flying over Naughton Park.

Thats another question to add to the list, its been confirmed we are currently in the £400k salary cap bracket. To get to the maximum £500k we need to be at £1m turnover. How far off are we, current range is £751,000 to £999,000. I suspect we are at the lower end of the scale. 2nd part of the question is what are the plans to go from the 400k bracket to the 500k, i.e get to £1m turnover?

On that same note and the 6 year plan, in 2024 we finished 5th in the league with an average attendance of 1,990 and made the play offs for the first time. In 2025 we finished 7th, missed the play offs, it was confirmed by the club that turnover was down on 2024, but average attendance increased by 171 to 2,161.

I dont know the 6 year plan, but on field performance (league position) winning something, average attendance and turnover must be close to the top 3 items on the list.

@pauliewalnuts they are allowed 500k if turnover teaches 1 million which a extra 50k would put us close , but as you say ambition and spending money isn't our forte
