And now the inevitable conjecture… do we stick with a stand in (Grady?) for rest of season and take our time to get this right (first time in half a dozen previous appointments maybe) or go for a short term replacement? Who’s available out there? Looking forward to the discussions…
And so we join the merry-go-round once again…..
We've had more coaches than decent games over the last few years.
A club of chaos!
Kear was a problem, but not the main problem, in my view.
But, I’m just happy we don’t have to watch his style of rugby anymore. Incredibly boring and the worst I’ve ever seen
I’m sorry to see him go it means another round of who’s best for us, then settling in then it’s not his players and so on. I honestly thought he would do for us and bring in players that normally wouldn’t come here but alas it never happened. Roll on February and next season. 👍
Had to go.
I agree had to go, we are 4 points above relegation and getting beaten by the teams below us. Plus playing awfully.
We can't write off this season and wait for next February, that's 8 months away and we have been writing off the season at the half way point for a few years now, no wonder the fans are turning away, simply put its boring!
Grady gone now, too. Seems odd unless it was his decision.
Now got a PE teacher in change for the Toulouse game (no disrespect to him)
Assistant coach also gone and we are looking for a permanent replacement immediately.

The circus continues 🤡 🎪
Would be interesting to know if KEAR wanted Grady in when he was appointed after O'Brien's departure to the Wire, or if it was a patched together coaching set up - certainly looked like that on the field......how much further down can we go, we ask? The club needs to turn around the momentum of the whole set up and QUICK!
