I think Kear is exactly what we need.
We can't do the basics right so going back to playing a simple structured game is what a lot of our players need to be coached on.

Correct will be great to see the basics played and mistakes rectified as the season goes on. It was never about winning or losing it was about competing not too much to ask as a fan.
